If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a product exchange, size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the initial delivery date.

(Exchanges can also be made at MOID Boutique with the original receipt and MOID garment bag).
Step 1.
Print and fill in the return form with any necessary details. Be as descriptive as possible, as it helps us understand the situation for your return. (In case you cannot print the return form you can edit the PDF and send it to us via email).

Return Options:
For your return we offer you plenty of options. Specifically:
- 100% store credit via Gift Card. You can apply your personal gift card on your next order and the amount will be automatically deducted in the checkout. (Sent by email) .
- Full Amount Refund: You may apply for a full refund of the money spent for your purchase. In case you used a payment gateway the amount will be automatically refunded through the method you used. If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer. (Your IBAN is needed in that case).
All refunds are processed within 3-6 working days of receiving the item(s). (Note: the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded).
For international orders any duties, taxes and custom fees cannot be refunded.
- Product/Size Exchange: You can exchange your item(s) with another design or size. Don’t forget that MOID provides a dedicated size guide for each piece of clothing, and you can always contact us with your body measurements in order to find the best fit for you.
Step 2.
Pack it up with the original MOID garment bag, ensure that your item(s) are in perfect condition with security tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
Return your package using a trusted courier of your choice, as the item(s) remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.
We make quality control to ensure that you receive our products in excellent condition, however, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us by an email(info@moid.gr) or by phone(+302103232617) within 24 hours of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages.
Step 3.
As soon as we receive your package we’ll proceed to the fulfilment of your request.
Once it’s completed, we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about the process. Be sure to check your spam folder in case our email doesn’t appear in your inbox.

Defective Product:
If the customer (You) believes the product is defective, it should be returned to MOID via ELTA Courier with the sender (You) paying the shipping costs, following the Returns Exchanges procedure. If the product is deemed defective, MOID, will refund the total shipping costs incurred. Then, the product will be replaced and returned to the customer at MOID's expense. (Note: you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt).
For a product to be accepted as defective, the damage must not be due to misuse of the product. If it is determined that the damage is due to customer misuse, the same product will be returned to the customer with shipping costs charged to the customer.
MOID reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Payment Policy
Payment Methods:
Cash on Delivery.
Payment upon receipt of the order. When the courier company's employee arrives at your location to deliver your products, you pay the cash value of your order.

Cash on delivery is not supported in countries outside Greece.
Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security system of the payment gateaway of VISA which guarantee a safe transaction environment.
The filling in of your card details (card number, expiration date, CCV) is done in the secure environment of VISA. MOID does not receive your card details in any way. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy of www.moid.gr
Payment by Bank Transfer.
You have the option to pay into a bank account of www.moid.gr at no additional
cost. After placing your order, you must proceed with the deposit within 3 working
days; otherwise, the order will be canceled, and the products will be released.
In the event of a money transfer from a bank other than the ones listed, the fees for both the sending and receiving banks are the responsibility of the customer. When processing the transfer, please ensure you select the "OUR" option for covering the fees. If this is not done and the company incurs any charges, a separate invoice will be sent to you to cover these costs.
