Shipping in Greece
The shipping cost for Greece is €4.00. If your order value exceeds hundred €100.00 the shipping is free.
Delivery within Attica takes (2-4) working days, while for the rest of Greece (3-6) working days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Orders are not processed on the weekends or national holidays.*

Standard shipping typically takes (7–10) business days. We’re continually working to enhance our delivery system to bring your favorite MOID pieces to you faster, with shorter wait times and your convenience in mind. (Note: customs clearance time is not included).
We cooperate with ELTA Courier, but you may request a transport company of your choice which MOID does not collaborate with. The additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer, and MOID bears not responsibility for any delays in delivering your products.

Most orders ship out within the next working day of ordering and credit verification.
*Duties, Taxes and Custom Fees
For orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties, taxes and custom fees that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your shipment from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, the value of purchase and shipment destination. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If for any reason your shipment has been refused at customs, MOID will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any additional and original shipping costs and/or any (taxes) and duties incurred.
*Estimated delivery times
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and major national holidays. MOID makes every effort for timely and proper delivery of your products, however, MOID will not be held responsible for delays regarding extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event beyond our control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In such cases we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time of your order. (If our proposal does not satisfy, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund for the paid amount.
Order Cancellation/Modification.
For any order cancellations/modifications of your order, change of address or payment, you may contact us via email at info@moid.gr This option is available until the moment you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email(Confirmation Email). After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
